Swap Meet Season!
We're so excited Swap Meet Season is here! Some of the meets we're making plans to attend this year... Perkiomen National Meet in Oley, PA may not be the biggest meet but it's always packed with vendors and lots of great parts. This is one of our favorite meets. It's usually the first one we attend each season. I start counting down the days till this April meet in October. :P Wauseon is a trek for us but we've decided it's well worth the trip! The Trike Guys is throwing our support behind Combat Customs. From their Facebook page: COMBAT CUSTOMS is non profit organization. our goal is to give veterans and first responders who have a passion for motorcycles a place where they can get together and work on restoring motorcycles. COMBAT CUSTOMS supplies the tools and parts, that are donated from local Bike shops and dealerships. Local bike mechanics are available to help with technical support. Local body mechanics are available to give support on paint and body work. Any motorcycle that a veteran or first responder restores becomes the property of that Veteran/First responder....
Bear Mountain Swap Meet
The rain didn't stop us from having a great time at the Bear Mountain Swap meet this past weekend. A smaller, home chapter meet was the perfect place to see old friends and meet some new ones. We were able to bring some things for folks to save them shipping and sold a few things to make room in the garage so we can build when winter settles in.
